About the Role

The Amazon Content Operations Intern will support the end-to-end management, optimization, and execution of digital content across Amazon product detail pages (PDPs), A+ Content modules, Amazon media placements and Brand Stores for Amorepacific brands. This role is designed for recent graduates and early-career professionals looking to build expertise in eCommerce content strategy, digital merchandising, and customer experience optimization. Working closely with the Content Operations Manager and cross-functional business partners, the intern will take responsibility for managing content workflows, supporting new product launches, optimizing content performance through data and customer insights, and delivering high-quality customer experiences across Amazon. Successful candidates will have the opportunity to gain hands-on ownership of high-impact projects.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in day-to-day content operations to ensure accuracy, consistency, and timely updates across Amazon brand assets.
  • Manage the upload, publication, and maintenance of PDP imagery, A+ Content modules, media placements, and Brand Store assets to support new product launches and ongoing optimization efforts.
  • Ensure content aligns with brand guidelines, Amazon policies, and customer experience best practices.
  • Partner with the Amazon Content Operations Manager to develop creative briefs and content recommendations for PDP, A+ Content, and Brand Store enhancements.
  • Conduct quality assurance audits ahead of seasonal moments, product launches, and promotional events to ensure all content meets brand and platform standards.
  • Coordinate with content, marketing, account management, and agency partners to track project timelines, approvals, and deliverables.
  • Participate in cross-functional meetings with content, marketing, and account management teams to learn and better workflow processes.
  • Analyze SEO performance data and keyword trends using Vendor Central and other tools to inform content optimization strategies and improve product discoverability.
  • Evaluate customer reviews, search behavior, and feedback trends to identify opportunities to enhance product content, answer customer questions, and improve conversion.
  • Prepare insights, recommendations, and performance summaries for cross-functional stakeholders, helping drive data-informed content decisions.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Digital Marketing, Merchandising, or a related field
  • Strong interest in eCommerce, digital marketing, content strategy, or retail media.
  • Previous internship experience is a plus but not a must
  • Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working collaboratively in team environments, including academic, internship, or extracurricular settings.
