About the Role
As a Branch Lending Manager, you will assist Westpac customers with their dream of owning their own home. You’ll be one of the friendly faces of our branch for both new and existing customers to meet when it’s time to apply for a home loan. Using your solid understanding of mortgage products and services and the local market, you’ll build great relationships with our customers and match them up with the financial products that will bring them closer to making their goals a reality.

Requirements
- Experience with lending is essential.

- Proven experience working in a customer-facing organisation, particularly in lending.
- Solid people skills to make customers feel confident and well-supported.
- Consistently exceed customer expectations through exceptional service.
- Strong business development skills.
