About the Role

As our SDR Team Lead, you will be the execution engine behind our team of 9 Sales Development Representatives who prospect senior executives at Fortune 1000 companies for our Board communities. You will set strategic direction, own coaching development, and drive cross-functional strategy. You will own daily execution and adoption accountability across the team, run our top-of-funnel motion, and carry a meaningful personal outbound target of 12 briefs per month yourself. This role is ideal for someone who likes to be hands-on, on the phones, and in the details.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the execution engine for the SDR team, owning daily rollout, adoption, and enforcement of processes, messaging, and segmentation.
  • Ensure the team executes decided plays, including cadence discipline, messaging fidelity, activity standards, and brief-quality expectations.
  • Ensure adoption of new plays, including new cadences, messaging, and resourcing.
  • Perform personal outbound production of 12+ self-sourced briefs per month.
  • Monitor SDR team KPIs and individual attainment, providing day-to-day feedback and surfacing performance observations to Sales Management.
  • Manage the sales enablement tech stack, including Salesloft cadences, Orum call workflows, ZoomInfo/Sales Nav/Clay list operations, and Salesforce hygiene.
  • Partner with Account Executives on brief quality and warm handoff standards.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of target personas and their needs across each Board community.
  • Contribute to the hiring pipeline for future SDR classes by screening and interviewing candidates.
  • Provide reporting on team data as needed.

Requirements

  • 2+ years as a top-performing SDR, with at least one year averaging 110%+ quota attainment.
  • Operationally-minded with the ability to take an idea from conception to execution across a team and hold peers accountable to standards.
  • Demonstrated formal or informal leadership experience, such as mentoring, running trainings, owning initiatives, or serving as a senior IC.
  • Instinct for tactical, in-the-moment coaching to reinforce direction and help diagnose/fix specific behaviors.
  • Hands-on experience with Salesloft (or comparable sales engagement platform), Orum (or comparable parallel dialer), and Salesforce.
  • Strong understanding of ICP, market segmentation, and sales motion alignment.
  • Comfort with metrics, including reading dashboards, running funnel math, and interpreting data.
  • Excellent written communication skills for reviewing outbound copy.
  • Ability to create and contribute to internal resources like call libraries, cadence refinements, and messaging templates.
  • Proactively flag risks or gaps and offer solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement without waiting for direction.
  • Model professionalism in communication, documentation, and follow-through.
