About the Role
Take the lead on important retail property transactions, shaping spaces where customers and teams connect. Negotiate leases, partner with landlords and solicitors, and guide complex property deals from instruction through to execution. Collaborate with Leasing, Projects, and Operations teams to resolve challenges and deliver business outcomes within required timeframes and policies.

Requirements
- Strong experience negotiating and managing retail lease transactions across Australia
- Experience in a Retail Lease Administration role with a national retailer, shopping centre, or large independent property trust landlord
- Solid understanding of retail legislation
- Ability to interpret complex lease documents
- Commercial confidence with the ability to balance risk, opportunity and business outcomes during negotiations
- Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with a broad range of stakeholders, including landlords, legal representatives, and internal partners
- Strong organisational skills
- Proactive, detail-focused approach
- Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, quality and deadlines
