About the Role

The Sales Manager will promote the hotel and other hotels within the chain in their assigned area/region to achieve optimal sales under the best possible conditions for the company. They will ensure the smooth operation of the commercial section in consultation with the Director of Sales and assist with delegated duties such as organizing events.

Responsibilities

• Promote the hotel and other hotels within the chain in their assigned area/region.
• Achieve optimal sales at the best possible conditions for the company.
• Ensure the smooth running operation of the commercial section in consultation with the Director of Sales.
• Assist the Director of Sales on other delegated duties, e.g. organizing cocktails/ events etc.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 to 3 years of hotel experience.
• Read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Possess good guest relations skills.
• Confident and clear English communication.
• Knowledge of Opera cloud system and other related sub-systems interfaced to the hotel’s computer system.
• Responsive to continuous challenges and open to making changes to achieve targeted results.
