About the Role
Join our team as a Flex Early Years Educator, offering flexibility and support for those balancing studies, childcare, or re-entering the workforce. This role is crucial in providing exceptional, child-centred care and education.
Responsibilities
- Ensure daily tasks such as hygiene maintenance and room setup are completed to the highest standards.
- Implement the EYFS using fun, interactive activities to spark children’s curiosity and learning.
- Uphold robust safeguarding measures while maintaining health and safety standards.
- Collaborate with the team to create a cheerful, secure, and welcoming space where every child feels valued.
Requirements
- Hold a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (e.g., NVQ, CACHE or BTEC).
- Commitment to child protection and a solid understanding of safeguarding practices.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with children, parents, and colleagues in both written and spoken English.
- Must be empathetic, energetic, and driven to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children.
- A Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate will be required for all posts.
- This post will be subject to enhanced checks as part of our Prevent Duty.
