About the Role

Join the Family First Flex Team as an Early Years Educator, offering flexible nursery work with weekly pay and a £500 joining bonus for Level 3 practitioners. This role provides direct access to shifts across our nurseries, ideal for those balancing other commitments.

Responsibilities

• Ensure daily tasks such as hygiene maintenance and room setup are completed to the highest standards.
• Implement the EYFS using fun, interactive activities to spark children’s curiosity and learning.
• Uphold robust safeguarding measures while maintaining health and safety standards.
• Collaborate with the team to create a cheerful, secure, and welcoming space for children.

Requirements

• Must have a recognised Level 2 or Level 3 qualification in Childcare or Early Years Education (e.g., NVQ, CACHE or BTEC).
• Must be committed to child protection and have a solid understanding of safeguarding practices.
• Must be able to communicate clearly and effectively with children, parents, and colleagues in both written and spoken English.
• Must be empathetic, energetic, and driven to make a meaningful difference in the lives of children.
• A Disclosure and Barring Service Certificate will be required for all posts.
• This post will be subject to enhanced checks as part of our Prevent Duty.
