About the Role
The ITS Service Centre Consultant manages incidents, service requests, and tasks escalated to the National Support queue, ensuring timely resolution in alignment with service level agreements and KPIs, while focusing on customer experience, technical accuracy, and continuous improvement.
Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain software environments across Windows, macOS, iOS, and Office 365.
- Coordinate IT onboarding for new employees, including provisioning and physical distribution of assets.
- Ensure strict adherence to ISO 27001 protocols and contribute to continuous improvement efforts.
- Perform service restoration and troubleshooting using Intune and other diagnostic tools.
- Deliver high-quality technical support to all staff, including executives and VIPs.
- Provide both hands-on and remote support for laptops, mobile devices, and conferencing.
- Create, update, and maintain clear and user-friendly technical knowledge base articles.
- Leverage Generative AI to enhance productivity, tasks, and contribute to IT projects and initiatives.
- Maintain daily on-site presence to support the operational needs of the role.
Requirements
- Proven experience in in-person technical customer support.
- Strong proficiency with Microsoft and Apple environments, including Windows 11, Office 365, and macOS.
- Hands-on experience with ITIL-aligned Incident Management platforms such as ServiceNow.
- Ability to diagnose and resolve mobile device issues, including MDM profile enrolments and configuration.
- Flexibility and adaptability to meet evolving business needs.
