About the Role
Hilbert's AI is seeking Software Engineers to build the Hilbert Portal, the interactive interface for their AI engine. This role involves architecting complex backend logic and ensuring high responsiveness for analytics, focusing on the end-to-end experience of human-AI collaboration.
Responsibilities
- Design and build systems with consideration for API contracts, containerization (K8s), and modularity.
- Develop the 'cockpit' for B2C leaders, handling complex backend logic and ensuring sub-second responsiveness.
- Manage state and backend services for non-deterministic AI interactions.
- Build internal tooling and admin panels for monitoring, tweaking, and debugging AI models.
- Develop the 'packaging' logic for deploying web apps into diverse enterprise environments without code changes.
- Lead the development of streaming, multi-turn, and 'human-in-the-loop' interfaces.
- Partner with Product Managers and AI/ML Engineers to connect model outputs with user actions.
Requirements
- Experience designing systems with API contracts, containerization (K8s), and modularity.
- Ability to handle ambiguity and autonomously build solutions.
- Experience with enterprise environments and diverse deployment needs.
- Proficiency in building tools that enhance engineer productivity.
- Understanding of building software for SOC2 audits.
