About the Role
As a Barista/Apps, you will prepare beverages, plate appetizers, and pack takeout orders while maintaining station cleanliness and inventory. This is a Back of House (Kitchen) role focused on precision, consistency, and teamwork.
Responsibilities
- Prepare all beverages at the Boba station.
- Plate appetizer items at the side station.
- Pack takeout orders at the Packing Station.
- Maintain alignment with established recipes and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
- Keep all three stations clean, organized, and fully stocked.
- Take inventory and restock as needed to ensure service flows smoothly.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older.
- Must be able to provide documentation to work in the United States legally.
- Experience preferred but not required.
- Open Availability.
- Ability to stand for long periods of time.
- Positive and Professional Attitude.
