About the Role

As a Vice President on Citi's Aerospace & Defense Corporate Banking team, you will advise industry leaders on multi-billion dollar capital raises, hedging strategies, and global treasury solutions, while actively driving revenue and deploying Citi's balance sheet. Your client universe spans the full breadth of the A&D landscape, from legacy defense primes to rocket companies. This is a front-office, high-growth coverage role for individuals who thrive on complexity, earn trust quickly, and can turn relationships into long-term, multi-product partnerships.

  • Partner with Senior Bankers as a relationship anchor for top-tier A&D clients.
  • Lead Analyst and Associates to produce high-quality strategic and financial analyses drawing on public filings, research, operations, business plans, and financial forecasts.
  • Own the market intelligence function — staying sharp on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and emerging best practices.

Requirements

  • 6–10 years of corporate banking or investment banking experience.
  • Deep understanding of the Corporate Banking business, its products, and the lending and credit approval process.
  • Polished and confident written and verbal communication skills.

  • Strong credit, corporate finance, accounting and capital markets knowledge.
  • Proven experience working with large corporate clients across capital markets, derivatives, credit, cash management, trade finance, and securities.
