About the Role
Support sales growth across Catholic Healthcare’s Retirement Living Villages by understanding customer needs, conducting village tours and sales appointments, nurturing prospective residents, and helping achieve sales targets. This role offers the chance to make a meaningful difference for older Australians and their families.
Responsibilities
- Conducting village tours and sales appointments for potential residents, families and authorised representatives
- Managing enquiries, leads and waitlists through the CRM platform
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with customers, community groups and key stakeholders
- Working with the Marketing team to generate quality leads and support village sales events and expos
- Preparing weekly and monthly sales reports, forecasts and pipeline updates
- Explaining contracts, financial information and documentation clearly and professionally
- Following up all leads within agreed timeframes and providing high-quality customer service
- Supporting a seamless transition for customers into their new home and services
- Identifying market trends, competitor activity and opportunities for community engagement
Requirements
- Minimum 3–5 years’ proven field sales experience, ideally within Retirement Living, property or a related sector
- Experience achieving sales targets and increasing revenue
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- A self-motivated, results-driven approach with the ability to work independently
- Strong customer service focus and a friendly, approachable manner when working with older people and their families
- Demonstrated CRM/database experience and good reporting skills
- Good attention to detail and confidence reading and explaining contracts and financial documentation
- Understanding of NSW Retirement Villages legislation would be highly regarded
- Australian Driver Licence
