About the Role
The Nurse Manager provides clinical, operational, financial, and administrative leadership for Procedural Services, including PACU, Endoscopy, Cardiac Catheterization/Electrophysiology (Cath/EP) Lab, and Special Procedures. This role promotes a culture of safety, quality, patient-centered care, employee engagement, shared governance, and continuous improvement while ensuring compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards. The Nurse Manager partners with physicians and interdisciplinary leaders to advance the organization's mission, Journey to Magnet®, and the American Organization for Nursing Leadership (AONL) Nurse Manager Competencies.
Responsibilities

Requirements
- Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
- Current BLS, ACLS, PALS certifications required.
Skills
- Knowledge of critical care, procedural, perianesthesia, cardiovascular, and endoscopy nursing.
- Strong leadership, communication, coaching, and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of quality improvement, healthcare finance, workforce management, and regulatory standards.
- Ability to analyze data, lead change, and achieve quality, operational, financial, and patient experience goals.
Experience Level
- Minimum five (5) years of clinical experience in critical care, cardiovascular, and/or procedural services
- At least two (2) years of progressive nursing leadership experience preferred.
Education Level
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required.
- Master's degree (MSN, MHA, MBA, or related field) preferred.
Salary/Compensations
- USD $133,870.00 - USD $160,165.00 /Yr.
