Responsibilities
- Conduct training for clinical and non-clinical end users in Epic.
- Conduct training in the classroom and in the practice.
- Achieve an in-depth understanding of the software, policies, procedures, and workflows.
- Be credentialed in the application being taught.
- Setup and breakdown of training classes, including inventorying and distributing participant supplies.
- Perform quality control, including administering proficiency assessments and class evaluations.
- Forward ideas to improve training effectiveness.
- Employ excellent communication skills in sharing information with users within the department.
Requirements
- An approved equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Clinical Experience.
- Adult Education Experience.
- Microsoft Office Experience.
- Webex Experience.
- Level 1: At least 2 years of relevant clinical, technical, educational, or operational experience.
- Level 2: At least 5 years of relevant clinical, technical, educational, or operational experience and Epic Credential within 1 year of hire.
- Level 3: Greater than 5 years of relevant clinical, technical, or operational experience and Epic certification at time of hire.
