Responsibilities
- Provide the highest level of recruitment services to hiring leaders by delivering top talent for Garnet Health System.
- Advance Garnet Health as an employer of choice.
- Guide hiring managers and candidates through the selection and hiring process.
- Interview pre-qualified top tier candidates.
- Maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in full lifecycle recruiting.
- Expert level of knowledge in full lifecycle recruiting components including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, interviewing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.
- Demonstrated experience working with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs.
- Knowledge and extensive use of a web based applicant tracking system.
- Ability to present recruiting concepts and reports to leadership.
- Ability to develop business cases and service requirements, while creating and managing strategic alliances.
- Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
- Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications.
- Must be Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases.
- Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
- Demonstrative consultative approach to recruitment and selection.
- Intermittent sitting, walking and standing.
- Heavy telephone contacts.
- Works in a clean, well-lighted, heated or ventilated facility.
- No routine exposure to hazards.
- Demonstrates physical and functional ability to perform full anatomical range of motion to accomplish tasks.
- Evidence of visual and aural acuity and finger and hand dexterity to operate computer and office equipment.
- Can withstand long periods of sitting, standing and/or constant walking.
- Ability to lift 10 lbs.
