Responsibilities

  • Provide the highest level of recruitment services to hiring leaders by delivering top talent for Garnet Health System.
  • Advance Garnet Health as an employer of choice.
  • Guide hiring managers and candidates through the selection and hiring process.
  • Interview pre-qualified top tier candidates.
  • Maintain excellent relations with hiring managers, candidates, and the community at-large.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in full lifecycle recruiting.
  • Expert level of knowledge in full lifecycle recruiting components including sourcing, qualifying, networking, assessing, interviewing, legal, job analysis, wage and salary trends, relationship management, and due diligence.
  • Demonstrated experience working with Diversity, Equity and Inclusion programs.
  • Knowledge and extensive use of a web based applicant tracking system.
  • Ability to present recruiting concepts and reports to leadership.
  • Ability to develop business cases and service requirements, while creating and managing strategic alliances.
  • Demonstrated ability to recruit for a broad/deep range of positions.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information appropriately.
  • Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite of applications.
  • Must be Internet savvy and experienced in mining online databases.
  • Must have the ability to quickly learn systems, processes, and procedures.
  • Demonstrative consultative approach to recruitment and selection.
  • Intermittent sitting, walking and standing.
  • Heavy telephone contacts.
  • Works in a clean, well-lighted, heated or ventilated facility.
  • No routine exposure to hazards.
  • Demonstrates physical and functional ability to perform full anatomical range of motion to accomplish tasks.
  • Evidence of visual and aural acuity and finger and hand dexterity to operate computer and office equipment.
  • Can withstand long periods of sitting, standing and/or constant walking.
  • Ability to lift 10 lbs.
  • Ability to foster collaborative relationships.
  • Ability to work well under pressure.
  • Ability to organize and synthesize new information.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Possesses critical thinking, analytical skills and flexibility.
  • Ability to multi-task.

  • May be subject to irregular hours including evenings or potentially weekends to participate in operational and community events as necessary.
