About the Role

Goodshuffle Pro provides end-to-end operational software for event rental companies, managing invoicing, payment processing, inventory, and logistics. We are transforming the event industry by improving how businesses operate and collaborate.

Responsibilities

• Set the standard for Product Team operations, from discovery to infrastructure management.
• Define product strategy by translating undefined problems into executable plans with phases, sequencing, and KPIs.
• Gain deep industry understanding through site visits and direct vendor interactions.
• Own technical implementation, balancing UI development with distributed systems design.
• Improve predictability and accelerate the velocity of the Engineering Team.
• Play a critical role in agentic workflows to leverage AI for faster value delivery.
• Manage production system health and ensure team visibility.
• Accelerate system reliability and build net-new product in an AI-driven environment.

Requirements

• 8+ years of experience as a Software Engineer.
• Experience designing distributed systems and event-driven architectures.
• Excitement and energy for the rapid advancements in AI.
• Experience leading high-performing engineering teams.
• Experience building SaaS and/or a consumer marketplace.
• Experience building FinTech products.
• Experience with Grails or Java/Spring.
• Experience with Angular or React.
• Experience with RDBMS.
