About the Role
Licensed Practical Nurses are part of a multi-disciplinary team in providing safe and effective dialysis therapy for assigned patients under the direct supervision of a registered nurse. The role focuses on building relationships and bonds with patients and their families.
Requirements
- Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) with current state licensure.
- Additional IV medication class, if required by state guidelines.
- Meets all state/licensing requirements.
- ESRD experience preferred.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) and CPR certification.
- Ability to read and interpret safety, operating, and procedure manuals.
- Effective communication with clients and staff.
