About the Role
This is an expansion role created due to business growth, focused on driving the launch of a first-in-class treatment for patients with treatment-resistant depression. Responsibilities
- Build and expand existing referral networks
- Achieve sales and activity goals for the territory and state
- Deliver the therapeutic Mood sales objectives and targets through cross-functional collaboration
- Build and maintain professional relationships with target customers
- Train and certify clinicians, nurses, pharmacists and their treatment centres
- Impart highly technical information to key customers
- Implement a Key Account Management strategy to grow the Mood business in your territory
Requirements
- Tertiary degree or equivalent
- Previous experience in psychiatry
- A successful sales track record in selling ideally to Specialists and other stakeholders
- High level EQ that facilitates you working well autonomously and as part of a team; and personal commitment to being the best you can be, for our patients, our customers and our company
