About the Role

The Senior Contract Administrator will support Commercial Managers across multiple contracts for the Uungula Wind Farm project, ensuring accurate and efficient recording and reporting of contract management activities.

Responsibilities

  • Analysing and managing contract risk on assigned Contracts.
  • Management of monthly progress claims, including liaising with site/technical teams to verify work progress and accuracy of contractor payment claims.
  • Management of assigned contractor variations, including proposal preparation, quotation assessment, negotiation, and variation order preparation.
  • Managing correspondence and deliverables from contractors in accordance with contract terms and conditions, and working with legal teams for compliance.
  • Supporting Commercial Managers / Contract Managers with general contract administration duties, including formal correspondence, notices, insurance renewals, meeting attendance, and maintaining registers for open/outstanding items.
  • Reviewing correspondences from Contractors to identify potential changes, claims, and delays.
  • Liaising with the project team to determine the status of assigned activities and follow up on outstanding items.
  • Collating, reviewing, submitting, and storing documentation for reporting and claims.

  • High-level organisation skills, including well-developed priority-setting skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Current Driver’s License.
  • White Card.
  • Appointment to this position will be subject to reference checks, a National Police Check and other applicable background screening if required.
