About the Role
This strategic leadership opportunity is for an experienced project delivery professional passionate about continuous improvement, digital enablement, and operational excellence. You will lead the vision, roadmap, and ongoing evolution of the systems, processes, content, and knowledge that underpin project delivery across GHD's global business.
Responsibilities
- Lead the strategy, roadmap, and evolution of the Delivery System to support business priorities and enterprise growth.
- Drive continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to enhance systems, processes, and content.
- Lead and develop a high-performing team, fostering collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
- Partner with leaders across the business and Information Services to align priorities and drive impactful outcomes.
- Champion knowledge and delivery excellence, ensuring project delivery frameworks, content, and tools remain accessible and relevant.
- Connect people, process, and technology to create a modern project delivery environment.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading project delivery, business improvement, or enterprise capability initiatives.
- Strong understanding of project management principles, delivery governance, and operational excellence.
- Demonstrated success building and maintaining relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Experience leading and developing high-performing teams.
- Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving skills.
- Exceptional communication, influencing, and negotiation capability.
- Ability to balance competing priorities and drive enterprise-wide outcomes.
