Requirements
- Seasoned commercial business banker with experience leading a high performing sales team.
- Commercially focussed, resilient, and risk astute.
- Able to deal with complexity.
- Ideally bring an understanding of working capital, trade and invoice finance.
- Impressive track record in driving business performance.
- Proven ability to live a customer-centric culture.
