About the Role

As Logistics and Aftersales Executive, you will work as part of the Customer Services team to run and strengthen our logistics and aftersales processes, provide business relevant reporting and insights, and develop new projects related to these areas, enabling us to manage these functions efficiently and to provide the best possible service to our existing and potential clients as well as internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Deal with clients, suppliers, and colleagues on a day-to-day basis.
  • Execute the warranty management process.
  • Prepare presentations and reports to monitor performances and progress of various projects.
  • Perform data entry and access/maintain information on various systems.
  • Handle couriers for both incoming and outgoing mail or parcel items.
  • Represent the organization as best in class.
  • Display a can-do attitude.
  • Work as a team to assist the department in achieving its core KPIs.

Requirements

  • Strong computer and database handling skills, including SAP, Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Previous experience in logistics and/or customer service.
  • Great organizational skills.
  • Evidence of working in a task-based, target-driven environment.
  • Proactive, can-do attitude and self-motivated.
  • Clear diction and command of the English language.
  • Experience of working in a team environment.
  • Experience using free text with written B2B communication (letters/emails).
  • Demonstrate outstanding processes knowledge.
  • Possess exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills.
