About the Role
This newly created role offers the opportunity to utilize your technical background and project management skills to support a variety of electrical and related technical projects, delivering customer solutions across diverse markets. You will leverage your knowledge and experience within a growing team at a market-leading organization, contributing to strategic direction and making a significant impact.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with stakeholders including Project Managers, Service Delivery Managers, Service Representatives, Planners, and Contractors to support technical project execution.
- Liaise with customers to understand technical requirements and provide specialist guidance on products, solutions, and services.
- Manage project documentation, including scopes of work, schedules, risk assessments, and reporting.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions to maintain timelines.
- Provide hands-on technical support during installation, testing, commissioning, and troubleshooting phases.
- Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high levels of satisfaction.
Requirements
- Relevant trade or tertiary qualifications (Electrical, Engineering, Technical, Project Management) coupled with proven experience in a similar role.
- Intermediate IT skills, proven in the use of project management tools and digital platforms.
- Proven background in collaborating with various stakeholder groups for successful coordination of technical projects, ideally within a large-scale organization.
- Skilled in maintaining close stakeholder relationships and achieving outcomes through people.
- Natural problem solver with proven ability to leverage relevant technical knowledge to navigate complex project challenges and achieve technical solutions.
- Those with additional postgraduate qualifications will be viewed favorably.
- Must have working rights in Australia at the time of application.
- Will be required to provide documented evidence of working rights if selected for Interview.
