About the Role
The KBR PSAB Program provides comprehensive Base Operating Support-Installation (BOS-I) services at Prince Sultan Air Base (PSAB) in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA). The Labor Foreman/Escort is responsible for supporting Power Plant Services by providing escorting and monitoring for Third Country Nationals (TCN)/Other Country Nationals (OCN), and for completing required reports and tasks according to approved policies and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Process personnel to and from the PSAB Visitors Control Center before and after work shifts in accordance with USCENTCOM escorting procedures.
- Provide escorting support to Other Country Nationals (OCNs) in various CES & FSS areas as identified by the Site Manager.
- Escort un-cleared personnel into areas and monitor personnel performing maintenance and BOS-I services.
- Log in and out all TCN/OCN contractors, count personnel before and after duties, and notify appropriate personnel of escorted individuals and vehicles.
- Make contact with TCN/OCN personnel at designated entry facilities, provide and brief them on rules and procedures.
- Monitor TCN/OCN work until completion, ensuring the work zone is purged by trained Force Protection military personnel and all LNs/OCNs have exited the base or returned to camps.
- Ensure TCN/OCNs do not bring prohibited items onto the base.
- Maintain visual contact with all vehicles and personnel during TCN/OCN monitor duties.
- Ensure the safety and welfare of oneself and monitored personnel, including evacuation to protective shelters during attacks.
- Notify Project/Site Manager and Safety staff of unsafe working conditions.
- Maintain a state of readiness and respond appropriately to situations, alerting personnel to suspicious behaviors or comments.
- Perform administrative and support services to deliver BOS-I.
- Coordinate activities to facilitate efficient project/site operations.
- Complete required project reports in accordance with established policies and procedures.
- Perform routine assignments under direct supervision to provide services to PSAB.
- Support site leadership in fulfilling contractual reporting requirements to the United States Government.
- Demonstrate excellent communication skills with management and interface with client personnel and subcontractors.
- Promote and uphold KBR’s Zero Harm safety program policies and procedures.
- Ensure the successful delivery of services to 4,000 personnel, plus or minus 10%.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- Must be a U.S. Citizen.
- Must possess a current U.S. Driver's License.
- Must possess a passport book (not a passport card) with at least 13 months of remaining validity and 6 blank visa/stamp pages.
- Must have and maintain a valid U.S. SECRET Security Clearance.
- Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English fluently.
- Candidate must meet CENTCOM MOD-15 theater requirements.
- May be exposed to potentially hazardous conditions requiring PPE.
- May be required to push, pull, and lift heavy equipment.
- Work will be indoors and outdoors.
- Exposure to heat, cold, dust, noise, and chemicals may occur.
- Overtime and shift work may be required.
- Occasional to frequent travel may be required.
- Employee must comply with all Federal, State, and Local regulations and published Company work rules.
- Must be prepared to function in a wartime or contingency environment.
- Physical requirements include lifting up to 35lb, team lifting up to 50lbs, climbing, extended sitting or standing, stooping, stretching, and bending.
- Work may require using and wearing personal protective equipment such as hearing and eye protection, hard hat, steel-toed boots, and Individual Protective Equipment (IPE) including body armor, helmet, clothing, and reflective vests/belts.
- Day-to-day physical requirements may involve standard office activities including sitting/standing for extended periods, attending meetings, repetitive keyboard and mouse use, and lifting/carrying less than 20 lbs frequently.
- Work requires moderate physical exertion including walking to operating areas and walking up stairs.
