About the Role
Join eBay's Global Talent Acquisition team as a Senior Recruiter based in Toronto. You will play a key role in growing eBay's Toronto talent hub by attracting exceptional talent for Global Markets Experience and Growth teams. Serve as a trusted talent advisor, leading full-cycle recruiting and delivering an outstanding candidate and hiring manager experience.
Responsibilities
- Partner with hiring managers across key business functions to develop hiring strategies and deliver talent for critical business priorities.
- Lead end-to-end recruiting, from intake through offer, ensuring an efficient and high-quality hiring experience.
- Develop innovative sourcing strategies and cultivate relationships to build diverse pipelines.
- Serve as a trusted advisor by sharing talent market insights and competitive intelligence.
- Deliver an outstanding candidate experience by building authentic relationships and maintaining clear communication.
- Partner with recruiters, People Business Partners, and cross-functional teams to improve recruiting processes and contribute to the success of eBay's Toronto talent hub.
Requirements
- 8+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, with a track record of hiring exceptional talent across various business functions.
- Consistent record of performing proactive sourcing and talent mapping, with the ability to identify and engage passive candidates in competitive talent markets.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence hiring decisions and build trusted partnerships with business leaders.
- Excellent project management and organizational skills, with the ability to handle multiple searches while balancing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- A curious mindset with an eagerness to explore emerging technologies, including AI, to enhance sourcing strategies, improve efficiency, and elevate the candidate and hiring manager experience.
