About the Role
Five Below is seeking a motivated individual to join their team, focusing on delivering an amazing customer experience and driving store success. This role involves ensuring associates provide excellent service, managing daily operations, and contributing to sales growth.
Responsibilities
- Ensure all crew members provide excellent customer service.
- Train crew on the B.E.S.T. customer service experience.
- Oversee daily activities of store associates.
- Assist with receiving, unpacking, and organizing new stock.
- Act as Manager on Duty when needed, taking full responsibility for store operations.
- Manage the opening or closing of the store.
- Support the onboarding and ongoing training of associates.
- Drive store sales and control expenses.
- Partner with store leadership in merchandising procedures and World Recovery.
- Perform store maintenance, including cleaning and stock room organization.
Requirements
- High School Graduate or equivalent.
- College experience preferred.
- Minimum 1 year of management experience.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Creative thinking.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
