About the Role

Join our Data Products Sales team within Transaction Banking Solutions (TBS). This dynamic role provides Lloyds Bank Market Intelligence (LBMI) to Corporate & Institutional Banking (CIB) clients, offering aggregated and anonymised transactional data for business performance insights. This is an opportunity to execute our data commercialisation strategy, work with CIB Relationship teams, and deliver revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Assist senior colleagues in managing a portfolio of existing clients and supporting revenue targets.
  • Support transactions end-to-end, including lead generation, client pitch materials, meeting notes, follow-ups, legal negotiations, commercials, delivery, invoicing, and reporting.
  • Build trusted relationships with internal stakeholders in Sales, Product, and Platform, developing sector specialisms and acting as the key contact for relevant Coverage teams.
  • Listen to client needs and translate clear requirements to Platform teams.
  • Identify cross-sell opportunities to deliver franchise growth for TBS and the Group.
  • Stay updated on emerging data market trends and competitor offerings to support thought leadership and client engagement on sector themes.

Requirements

  • Excellent client management, origination, and sales skills, delivering outstanding service.
  • Commercially minded strategic thinker and problem solver, with the ability to build rapport and influence stakeholders of all levels including C-Suite.
  • Highly effective and confident communicator, both verbal and written.
  • Collaborative team player who can build strong, impactful relationships cross-function.
  • Actively promotes and commercialises the Data Products business internally and externally.
  • Analytical with a very high attention to detail.
  • Confident storyteller able to interpret complex data and present evidence-based conclusions.
  • Customer-centric, ensuring all solutions solve key client business questions.
  • Reliable, dependable team player who is able to prioritise effectively.
  • Proactive, resilient, and organised self-starter, who thrives in fast-paced environments.
