About the Role
As a baker on the Elior School Dining team in Bronx, NY, you will prepare a wide range of breads, pastries, and other baked goods daily.
Responsibilities
- Following recipes to create quality baked goods.
- Maintaining the cleanliness of equipment and the kitchen.
- Ordering ingredients and taking inventory regularly.
Requirements
- Ability to follow recipes and proper food handling and sanitation procedures.
- Experience using a variety of kitchen tools to produce various baked goods.
- Basic math skills for inventory management, including ordering.
- Experience baking in a retail environment.
