About the Role
The Senior Client Relations & Events Specialist plays a critical role in supporting the Client Relations & Development function across the Americas. This position leverages client insights and CRM analytics to strengthen client engagement, increase retention, and support client acquisition initiatives. The role also partners with cross-functional teams to plan and execute high-impact client events and regional initiatives.
Responsibilities
- Review Retail Performance KPI’s on a market and store perspective to strategically plan events on store level.
- Conduct ad hoc analyses of client behaviors, purchasing patterns, and engagement trends to identify opportunities for business growth and enhanced client experiences.
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools that provide meaningful visibility into key business metrics and client performance.
- Measure the effectiveness and return on investment of Client Development initiatives through ongoing performance tracking and reporting.
- Segment client populations based on behavioral, transactional, and demographic data to support targeted clienteling strategies and personalized outreach campaigns.
- Partner with internal stakeholders to identify opportunities to improve CRM processes, reporting capabilities, and data quality across the region.
- Partner with the Client Relations Manager to identify local business opportunities and execute CRM initiatives that strengthen client engagement and drive commercial performance.
- Support the planning and execution of client events across the Americas, ensuring operational excellence and alignment with Global Client Development strategies.
- Coordinate event logistics, vendor relationships, budgets, timelines, and event materials to ensure seamless execution.
- Develop pre-event and post-event reporting that evaluates participation, client engagement, business impact, and return on investment.
- Support the planning and coordination of corporate events and cross-functional initiatives for the Moncler Americas organization.
- Travel to support key client events and initiatives as business needs require.
- Demonstrate a collaborative, team-oriented approach that contributes to overall business success.

Requirements
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in Client Relations, CRM, Client Development, Business Analytics, Retail Marketing, or a related function.
- Previous luxury retail experience is strongly preferred.
- Experience planning, coordinating, and executing client events is required.
- Experience working with CRM platforms, client segmentation, reporting, and KPI analysis is required.
- Approximately 10% domestic travel is required to support client events, retail initiatives, and business meetings throughout the year.

Skills
- Strong understanding of CRM principles, client lifecycle management, and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to translate complex data into meaningful business insights.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience using CRM platforms; familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics and MicroStrategy is preferred.
- Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Experience coordinating vendors, budgets, and event logistics.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all organizational levels.
- Highly collaborative with the ability to build strong cross-functional partnerships.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Passion for luxury retail, client experience, and relationship building.

Salary/Compensations
- $80,000 to $105,000
