About the Role

Responsibilities
- Assist in the polishing and finishing of metal products to meet company quality standards
- Learn and apply various polishing techniques, tools, and equipment
- Support surface preparation processes, including cleaning, grinding, and buffing
- Inspect finished products to ensure quality and consistency
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment
- Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production goals
- Participate in training and development opportunities
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Strong willingness to learn and develop new skills
- Ability to follow instructions and work under supervision
- Good attention to detail and quality standards
- Basic mechanical aptitude is a plus
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks
