About the Role

KIPP NYC is seeking passionate teachers who can inspire and educate students, fostering both academic and character development to prepare them for a college preparatory education and future success.

Responsibilities

• Teach a rigorous college preparatory curriculum aligned with school and New York State standards.
• Deliver high-quality and engaging instruction.
• Commit to continuous professional and personal growth through teamwork.
• Utilize data to inform instructional decisions.
• Continuously assess student progress and communicate results to families and colleagues.
• Provide individualized or small group instruction to students needing extra support.

Requirements

Salary/Compensations

• $70,829 - $136,704
