About the Role

This role focuses on high-volume recruitment and onboarding of casual employees, working closely with hiring managers to attract, recruit, and onboard talented individuals who align with KU's commitment to quality outcomes for children and families. It's ideal for someone passionate about purpose-driven organizations, relationship building, and collaborative teamwork.

Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end high volume recruitment for KU’s casual Educator and Teacher pool along with selected permanent positions
  • Work alongside hiring managers to provide recruitment advice and support
  • Source, screen and assess candidates using a range of attraction methods
  • Coordinate onboarding activities and ensure a positive employee experience
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders
  • Provide general HR and industrial relations advice to managers and employees
  • Contribute to People Services initiatives and continuous improvement projects

Requirements

  • Previous experience in Early Childhood Education is beneficial, however not essential.
  • Must submit a current CV and tailored cover letter.
