About the Role

As an intern in FSI Technology Strategy, you will support clients in implementing their strategy with innovative technologies. Our team designs and manages digital transformation programs that make companies permanently more agile. Make a difference with us and support our experts in guiding clients from the banking, financial services, insurance, and asset management sectors through digital change by accompanying technological and digital transformations.

Responsibilities

Support in the development of technology, digital & IT strategies in the FSI environment and derive necessary recommendations for action for banks and financial service organizations.
Support in the planning, implementation, and communication of organizational IT transformations as well as change and communication measures.
Take over and responsibility for initial project management tasks in interdisciplinary teams.
Conduct qualitative and quantitative research activities, including monitoring and evaluating new technologies, conducting market and competitor analyses, identifying external cooperation partners, and scouting start-ups.

Requirements

Above-average academic performance in business administration, business informatics, industrial engineering, natural sciences/mathematics, or a comparable qualification.
Relevant internships in the aforementioned areas of responsibility and in management consulting are desirable.
Technology affinity and enjoyment in solving complex issues in the context of digital transformation.
Proficient use of MS Office applications.
Confident German and English language skills, both written and spoken.
Enjoy working in a team, proactive working style, and high commitment.
Availability for at least 4 months.
