About the Role

Design and facilitate innovative lab, workshop, and innovation formats within Corporate Functions – Greenhouse. Combine cutting-edge technologies with exploratory methods to co-create unique solutions for complex challenges and explore new ways of working with clients.

Responsibilities

  • Design, facilitate, and manage tailored formats for complex challenges of internal and external clients.
  • Support stakeholders in addressing strategic questions, preparing decisions, and advancing transformation initiatives.
  • Develop, deliver, and manage formats across various businesses, industries, and topics, including labs, workshops, and special events.
  • Contribute to the continuous development and innovation of the offering and toolkit, providing expertise, ideas, and implementation competence.
  • Actively contribute to the internal and external marketing of the Deloitte Greenhouses, including tours and marketing activities.
  • Develop and deliver labs in collaboration with team members, Deloitte subject matter experts, and practice leaders.

Requirements

  • Successfully completed studies (e.g., Business or Communication Psychology, Information Technology, Innovation Management, or comparable fields).
  • Several years of experience in designing and delivering effective, participatory formats.
  • Sound expertise in at least one of the fields: Strategy & Transformation or Innovation & Tech.
  • Practical experience in areas such as Emerging Tech, AI, Cyber, Industry 5.0, Digital Transformation, or Change is a plus.
  • Theoretical and practical experience with collaborative, agile, and innovation-oriented methods (e.g., Design Thinking, Google Sprints, Co-Creation, Storytelling, Business Design).
  • Knowledge of behavioral psychological, group dynamic, or systemic approaches is advantageous.
  • Professional experience in consulting, professional services, corporate environments, or comparable functions with strong connectivity to Deloitte's businesses, services, industries, and clients.
  • High affinity for technologies and innovations.
  • Strategic and operational excellence.
  • Presence in moderating groups.
  • Confident handling of ambiguities.
  • Experience in an international environment.
  • Excellent German and English language skills.
