About the Role
Deliver and support technical solutions built on Microsoft 365 and Azure Platform as part of the Managed Services team.
Responsibilities
- Design and deliver Modern Workplace solutions across Microsoft 365 and Azure.
- Help organizations transform how employees collaborate, communicate, and work securely.
- Implement and optimize technologies including Intune, Windows 10, Cloud App Security, AIP, and Microsoft Defender.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing technical leadership and best-practice guidance.
- Support solution design, pre-sales activities, and customer workshops.
- Drive security, governance, and compliance outcomes across modern workplace environments.
Requirements
- Ideally possess Baseline or NV1 security clearance or be an Australian citizen eligible for clearance.
- Strong experience in Modern Workplace and Cloud Technology platforms.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, Windows 11, and Enterprise Mobility + Security.
- Experience with M365 suite: Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Teams, Planner.
- Experience with Device Management: Remote desktop services, Virtualization (AVD), Identity Management, Intune, AutoPilot, EUC (Citrix) & Mobile Device Management.
- Experience with Security and Compliance: Licensing, Governance, Data management, Features, Identity Governance, Microsoft Information Protection & conditional access.
- Experience with Unified Communications solutions and products across Microsoft 365 including Teams Calling, audio & video conferencing.
- Experience with PowerShell, Power Platform, Power BI, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
