About the Role
Lead the strategic direction of information and document management across Transgrid's Major Projects portfolio. Establish and embed best practice governance, systems, and processes to support project delivery, regulatory compliance, and informed decision-making. Drive consistency, improve assurance, and build organizational capability by managing information effectively across the project lifecycle.
Requirements
- Extensive experience leading document control or information management within large-scale infrastructure, engineering, energy, or construction projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in enterprise document management systems such as InEight, SharePoint, or similar platforms.
- Strong knowledge of governance, compliance, and assurance frameworks, with the ability to develop and implement best practice processes.
- Excellent stakeholder engagement, communication, and influencing skills, with experience working across multidisciplinary project teams.
- A continuous improvement mindset, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills and the ability to deliver practical, customer-focused outcomes.
