About the Role

The Universal Banker is an entry-level position focused on assisting with sales, product, or service activities to foster customer loyalty and increase sales to individual consumer clients.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in basic account opening for existing customers.
  • Provide service delivery to resolve account service issues.
  • Execute financial transactions in accordance with bank policies and procedures.
  • Refer opportunities to segment partners.
  • Create sales opportunities from service transactions and resolve customer complaints.
  • Support sales/service activities through participation in events and campaigns.
  • Adhere to operational controls, including legal, corporate, and regulatory procedures.
  • Assess risk and ensure compliance with laws, rules, regulations, and policies.

Requirements

  • 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Previous Retail Banking or similar experience required.
  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication skills.
