About the Role

Capital One's Customer Data Product team is building a data destination of platforms, products, and processes that is well-managed and easy to govern, and where data is easy to find, understand, and use to enable real-time intelligent experiences. This role focuses on enabling new experiences through investment in backend architecture, data ecosystem, and connecting new services throughout the Bank to unlock limitless relationship possibilities.

Responsibilities

Enabling new experiences through investment in backend architecture, data ecosystem, and connecting new services throughout the Bank.
Demonstrate proficiency in Human Centered, Business Focused, Technology Driven, Integrated Problem Solving, and Transformational Leadership.

Requirements

Currently have, or be in the process of obtaining, a Bachelor's or Master's Degree in a quantitative field (Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Software Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Information Systems or a related quantitative field), Business or Marketing.
OR Bachelor's degree in any field and at least 4 years of Product Management experience.
Experience translating business strategy and analysis into consumer facing digital products.
