About the Role
The Travel Partnerships and Advertising team helps partners, including hotels and vacation rentals, deliver excellent traveler and B2B experiences. This role leads a team of account managers, coaches partner consultations, and works across Expedia Group to turn partner insights into better marketplace outcomes.
Responsibilities
- Lead, coach, and develop a team of account managers through regular 1:1s, performance feedback, and ongoing career support.
- Enable your team to deliver high-quality partner consultations that use marketplace data and insights to improve booking conversion and grow bookings.
- Review monthly and quarterly business plans to help build, retain, and optimize vacation rental supply in targeted markets.
- Ensure your team meets or exceeds activity expectations while maintaining a high standard of partner engagement and accountability.
- Partner closely with Support, Product, Development, and other cross-functional teams to prioritize issues, resolve partner concerns, and improve the partner experience.
- Share partner feedback, product insights, and operational opportunities with senior leadership to help improve tools, reporting, and day-to-day practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in business, hospitality, or a related field; or equivalent related professional experience.
- 6+ years of experience in customer success, account management, client services, or B2B sales.
- 3+ years of experience leading account management or customer success teams supporting e-commerce or B2B products.
- Proficient in English and can communicate clearly and effectively with partners, senior leaders, and cross-functional teams.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, Salesforce, and Tableau, and use data to identify risks, opportunities, and performance trends.
- Knowledge of the vacation rental and hospitality industry.
- Experience building strong internal and external relationships.
- Experience leading continuous improvement across teams.

- Potential to increase pay up to $219,000.00 based on performance
