About the Role
Greeters are the first point of contact for patients and families, providing a welcoming and guiding presence during stressful hospital visits.
Responsibilities
- Greet patients, families, staff, and visitors.
- Provide directions and escort patients and families to appointments.
- Maintain a tidy and clean appearance at the lobby desk.
- Ensure wheelchairs and wagons are clean and available for patient use.
- Deliver gift shop orders and packages to patient rooms.
- Visit new patient rooms to welcome families and offer information on hospital resources.
Requirements
- Friendly, mature, and able to interact positively and welcomingly.
- Able to work well with diverse individuals.
- Comfortable initiating conversations and guiding families.
