About the Role
The Business Analytics team is pivotal in the delivery of modern agency services, working closely with planning and investment teams to achieve client business goals.
Responsibilities
- Build and develop a deep understanding of the client's strategic issues, initiatives, and competitive position.
- Ensure analytics efforts yield clear, compelling, and actionable insights through sophisticated techniques.
- Participate in measurement plan development and execution.
- Ensure timely completion of all scheduled and ad hoc deliverables.
- Generate and communicate clear, compelling, and actionable insights.
- Recommend and implement research to aid consumer insight gathering and strategic processes.
- Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement.
- Lead, mentor, and train analysts and managers.
- Present reports, POVs, and other materials to clients regularly.
- Contribute to consumer segmentation and audience identification/exploration.
- Design tests to measure the incremental impact of media on business outcomes.
- Manage cross-functional day-to-day tasks, ensuring understanding of priorities and knowing when to ask for help.
- Partner with Planning and Investment teams on annual budget setting, media plan development, and ongoing optimization.
- Keep abreast of industry trends and developments through research and training.
Requirements
- Intermediate Excel and PowerPoint skills.
- Experience in integrated marketing related to media and/or customer journey development, including budgeting, revenue forecasting, and ROI development.
- Demonstrated knowledge in audience-based marketing and data-driven advertising.
- Strong analytical skills, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities to drive issues to resolution.
- Proven leadership ability and strong client relationship experience.
- Ability to train and coach colleagues, including organization, detail orientation, prioritization, business writing, presenting, analysis, and project management.
- Comfortable working in ambiguous situations.
