About the Role
KINESSO is a technology-driven performance marketing agency focused on delivering actionable growth for agency partners and clients. Responsibilities
- Act as a liaison between search and cross-functional teams to contribute to a multi-channel approach and strategy.
- Oversee team development, including utilizing L&D resources, creating internal opportunities, and maintaining positive morale.
- Establish and manage current and long-term goals and objectives for assigned accounts, subject to Director approval.
- Manage direct reports and ensure the overall development and success of the team.
- Translate briefs into strategy, execute strategy with Manager/Sr. Specialist, monitor success, and drive pivots based on performance and brand goals.
- Lead tests and learns with the expectation of scalability across client accounts and wider sharing within the KINESSO team.
- Continuously evaluate search marketing strategies to identify opportunities for competitive advantage.
- Identify and communicate trends in search and client industries.
- Create and present case studies and points of view.
- Analyze multi-touch attribution reports (e.g., Nielsen, IRI).
- Analyze search planning budgets for assigned accounts to identify strengths, weaknesses, and ensure proper financial allocation.
Requirements
- Substantial experience within an agency environment.
- Expertise in Google, Bing, and other search partners.
- Advanced/Cutting-Edge knowledge of at least two bidding platforms (e.g., Marin, Kenshoo, SA360).
- Polished presence and presentation skills.
- Excellent writing skills with attention to detail.
- Mastery of Microsoft Excel.
- Working knowledge of Word and PowerPoint.
- Ability to multitask and handle other duties as assigned.
