About the Role

Responsibilities
- Own product utilization and value realization for Zocks’ SMB customers.
- Build and lead a high-caliber team of Product Advisors to accelerate user activation and expansion.
- Recruit, mentor, and manage a team, setting a high bar for customer engagement and product expertise.
- Provide actionable feedback and create clear paths for growth for team members.
- Track and drive key adoption metrics to develop data-driven adoption strategies and playbooks.
- Accelerate time-to-value for new SMB customers through scalable education and activation programs.
- Proactively monitor SMB accounts to identify configuration and utilization improvement opportunities.
- Conduct targeted advisory sessions to drive deeper customer adoption.
- Partner with Sales and Account Management to identify expansion opportunities.
- Develop one-to-many solutions for product education and activation based on customer interaction patterns.
- Partner with Product to optimize in-product UX and onboarding flows.
- Collaborate with Implementation & Marketing to create new scaled training and education content.
Requirements
- 6+ years of experience in scale customer success, implementation, activation or similar.
- 3+ years direct people leadership experience building and managing a team.
- Prior experience in a wealthtech/fintech company or financial services firm is a plus.
- Creative, systematic thinker with the ability to scale or automate workstreams.
- Proactive problem solver who identifies trends for improvement and standardization.
- Builder mentality, adaptable to a fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environment.
- Fluency in modern customer success motions including onboarding, implementation, product activation, value realization, and customer engagement.
- Strong interest in AI and its transformation of wealth management and financial services.

- $130,000-$150,000 base
