About the Role

Zocks is the #1 AI assistant for financial advisors, helping them automate operational work and grow their business. Responsibilities

• Build and deliver scalable programs that educate customers on best practices and drive initial activation.
• Proactively monitor a large portfolio of SMB accounts, identify opportunities to improve configuration and product utilization, and conduct targeted advisory sessions.
• Track and drive key leading and lagging adoption metrics, and use those trends to develop data-driven adoption strategies and playbooks.
• Partner with Product to optimize in-product UX and onboarding flows.
• Collaborate with Implementation & Marketing to create new scaled training and education content.
• Partner with Sales and Account Management to identify expansion opportunities in existing customers.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in implementation, activation, scale customer success, or similar.
• Experience managing a high-volume book of business in a scale, SMB, or similar segment.
• Prior experience in a wealthtech/fintech company or financial services firm is a big plus.
• Creative, systematic thinker with the ability to scale or automate workstreams.
• Proactive problem solver who identifies trends to uncover improvement opportunities and standardize best practices.
• Builder mentality, adaptable and comfortable operating in a fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth environment.
• Strong interest in AI and its transformation of wealth management and financial services.
