About the Role

Raymour & Flanigan is a long-term, privately held company that invests in its associates' future success. This role is crucial for maintaining our commitment to recycling and environmental responsibility.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate commitment to safety policies and procedures.
• Operate a cardboard bailer, styrofoam extruder, and plastic compactor.
• Become certified on material handling equipment, including order picker and electric pallet jack.
• Work independently and with a team.
• Perform additional functions as assigned by management.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Experience operating an order picker and electric pallet jack is preferred.
• Experience operating a cardboard bailer, styrofoam extruder, and plastic compactor is preferred.
• Experience with warehouse management systems is preferred.
• Ability to lift, lower, push, and pull all sizes of furniture up to and in excess of 100 lbs.
• Ability to safely lift recycling products into the machinery.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S. without the need for sponsorship now or in the future.
