About the Role
Parametrix is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to support proposal and marketing efforts across multiple practices. This role will collaborate with technical professionals, project managers, and marketing team members to develop responsive materials for clients.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support the development of proposals, statements of qualifications, presentations, and other pursuit materials.
- Collaborate with technical and marketing team members to gather, organize, write, edit, and format proposal content.
- Review solicitation requirements and help maintain proposal schedules, calendars, assignments, and deadlines.
- Research clients, projects, markets, and competitors to support pursuit planning and proposal development.
- Update and maintain resumes, project profiles, team qualifications, and other marketing information in Unanet.
- Develop and format documents using Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and related software.
Requirements
- Three or more years of marketing, proposal, or related experience within the architecture, engineering, construction, or professional services industry.
- Experience supporting proposals, statements of qualifications, and other competitive pursuits.
- Strong writing, editing, proofreading, organization, and attention-to-detail skills.
- Ability to manage multiple assignments, priorities, and deadlines in a collaborative, deadline-driven environment.
- Working knowledge of Adobe InDesign, Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, and other Adobe Creative Cloud applications.
- Experience developing social media strategies and content.
- Experience using artificial intelligence tools with the judgment to review, validate, and refine AI-assisted content.
- Experience with Unanet, Deltek, or a similar CRM or marketing information system is preferred.
