About the Role

Novotech is seeking experienced CRA II and CRA III professionals to join our Melbourne team, focusing on Early Clinical Development and Phase I-III studies. Responsibilities

  • Independently manage and monitor assigned sites
  • Use critical thinking to guide delivery of assigned projects
  • Build strong relationships to partner with investigators and site personnel
  • Drive site performance and patient recruitment
  • Have strong support from dedicated IHCRA and Regulatory Start-Up teams
  • Partner with sponsors and internal teams to successfully deliver clinical trials
  • Protect participant safety and ensure the quality and integrity of clinical trial data

Requirements

  • Requires at least 6 months independent monitoring experience (CRA II)
  • Requires at least 2 years independent monitoring experience (CRA III)
  • A Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Nursing, Pharmacy, Health Sciences or a related discipline
  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills
  • Sound knowledge of ICH-GCP and clinical trial conduct
  • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
  • A passion for clinical research and improving outcomes for patients
  • Be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Must have unrestricted working rights in Australia
