About the Role

We’re looking for a contract Recruiting Coordinator to support our fast moving hiring efforts. This role will be instrumental in ensuring a seamless candidate experience and keeping our recruiting operations organized and efficient. You’ll partner closely with recruiters, interviewers, and hiring managers to schedule interviews, maintain systems, and create a white-glove experience from first touch to in person on-sites. This is a hands on, detail oriented role perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves logistics, and enjoys making the hiring process feel personal, organized, and professional.

Responsibilities

Schedule candidate interviews across time zones, manage logistics, and ensure all parties are prepped and aligned
Be the main point of contact for candidates throughout the process. Answer questions, provide updates, and make the experience smooth and welcoming
Keep our ATS (Ashby) updated and clean. Manage candidate records, interview plans, and internal notes
Help streamline recruiting processes, support sourcing projects, and jump in on ad hoc recruiting tasks as needed

Requirements

1+ years of experience in recruiting coordination, executive support, or operations
Highly organized and detail-oriented. You thrive in the details and don’t let things slip
Exceptional communicator; clear, kind, and confident in writing and over Zoom
Comfortable working independently and juggling multiple priorities
Able to work in person from our San Francisco HQ
