About the Role
This role exists to lead the consolidation of two separate Salesforce instances into one, and to own Salesforce administration end-to-end afterward. You'll have real autonomy over system decisions and a genuine growth trajectory.
Responsibilities
- Administer both existing Salesforce instances through the merger, then own the single consolidated Salesforce org post-merge — user setup, permissions, workflows, and integrations.
- Diagnose Salesforce data quality issues at the root cause and build guardrails against recurring problems.
- Partner closely with Marketing Ops on Marketing-to-Sales handoffs and pipeline metrics, and with Sales Ops on data hygiene that feeds their analysis.
- Understand the HubSpot connector and broader GTM tool stack well enough to work across it.
- Build and maintain training materials whenever you change a process or tool that other users rely on.
- Be a daily power user of AI in your own workflow, and build agents yourself — executing on recommendations and building further automation as new integrations open up.
Requirements
- Salesforce administration expertise.
- Experience owning more than one piece of the GTM stack.
- Background in SaaS.
- Comfort working fast and juggling simultaneous requests from different stakeholders, with the confidence to give your own opinion rather than just executing tickets.
- AI fluency that goes beyond using tools day-to-day: you can build your own agents and automations.
- Financial services background is a plus.
- Experience with post-merger or M&A systems integration is a plus.
