About the Role

This role is responsible for planning and coordinating the execution of project/small program deliverables, requiring engagement from multiple teams. Key responsibilities include communicating work objectives, coordinating delivery, facilitating sync points, providing end-to-end visibility into deliverable health, and managing program risk and compliance. The job expectations include ensuring delivery meets client expectations for functionality, quality, timeline, and cost. The role owns executive communications, portfolio roadmap, product operating cadence, decision materials, risk/dependency tracking, and the cross-team alignment model for the GenAI Product Team.

Responsibilities

  • Leads and coordinates routines to support delivery (e.g., kick-offs, status reviews, stakeholder meetings, change controls, and tollgates).
  • Manages coordination of delivery and dependencies across multiple teams.
  • Facilitates communication and collaboration across organizations to support deliverable completion and timeline.
  • Provides status updates for deliverables to stakeholders and leadership regarding delivery, risks, issues, and schedule.
  • Works with sponsors and stakeholders to ensure execution aligns with deliverable requirements.
  • Supports resource planning for delivery and execution.
  • Ensures adherence with Enterprise Change Management standards.
  • Creates executive-ready senior leadership decks and product review content.
  • Coordinates with product leads to ensure priorities, milestones, blockers, and tradeoffs are understood and communicated.
  • Provides portfolio status reporting across products.
  • Maintains visibility into active co-development engagements.
  • Develops clear product narratives connecting technical delivery to business outcomes and enterprise AI Strategy.

Requirements

  • Experience with agile development methodologies and DevOps practices.
  • Ability to understand complex application architecture to support setting up Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Deployment (CD), and Continuous Testing.
  • Hands-on DevOps experience with Version Control (GIT/Bitbucket), Build Orchestration (Jenkins), Code Quality (SonarQube and Unit Testing frameworks), Artifact Management (Artifactory), and Deployment (Ansible).
  • Experience with Database Build Deployment using Datical and Release Orchestration is an advantage.
  • Hands-on experience in application development in Python, MongoDB, Redis, React Framework, Impala, Spark, Autosys, Shell scripting, Rest services, or Containerization.
  • Hands-on experience with Unix/Linux platform, including LDAP-based authentication integration and clustering.
  • Strong understanding of software architecture principles.
  • Experience with enterprise integration patterns.
  • Ability to communicate effectively, clearly articulating technical issues, problem incident resolution, readiness status, and reporting.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to communicate effectively to a wide range of audiences (business stakeholders, developer support teams).
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized.
  • Adaptable to shifting competing priorities.
  • Skilled at delegating, mentoring, and setting expectations.
  • Problem-solving skills to diagnose and resolve complex issues.
